📢 Good news for certification bodies: ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 has been confirmed without change.
ISO/IEC 17021-1 is the standard defining the requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems.
Its confirmation means that the current requirements remain unchanged and that certification bodies will not need to adapt to a revised version of the standard in order to maintain accreditation.
For CBs, this brings welcome stability and continuity.
Sometimes, no change is good news.
