Sharing the audit folder step by step with your auditees, throughout the audit process

The ViaSyst audit reporting SaaS platform allows you as a CB, AB or group to manage the entire audit process (i.e. planification, preparation, notes taking, reporting, reviewing & certification) of your clients or sites.

The full audit process is interactive with the audited organisation, who can access for reading the audit folder data and/or editing some specific parts of it, i.e. uploading documents for audit preparation, cause analysis on findings, CAPA completion, etc.

This interactivity implies that the audited organisation has access only to selected sections of the audit folder as long as the audit process is not finalised, with a reviewed and validated report.

For enabling full interactivity throughout the audit process, we now implemented a “Publication” menu in the audit folder, for allowing the CB, AB or group to decide which part of the audit folder may be shared with the audited organisation as the audit process is progressing, e.g. first the audit plan prior the audit, then the audit findings for review and finally the full report.

This new functionality will help you to control the visibility of the audit folder for your client. You decide at which step of the auditing process the client will have access to each part of the audit folder.
