New control added to the “Audit date” field

New warnings are added as necessary in the ViaSyst Database in order to help CBs avoiding some mistakes during data entering. This is now the case for the “Audit date” field.

Many mistakes were identified on the audit dates entered by CBs, with a negative impact on their KPI results.

Implemented evolution or improvement

In order to help CBs entering correct data in the field “Audit Date” a new control has been implemented,

The Database now informs users (through a warning when trying to save the page) if the period between the earliest and the latest audit date entered in relation to the same audit exceeds 1 month.
