Multiple sites – New functionality for linking a same contact organisation to multiple organisations
ViaSyst is continuously working on implementing some new functionalities and modules in order to address customers’ needs.
Today, we are happy to announce that we improved the management of the contact organisation access to the ViaSyst audit management software by giving the possibility to the Certification Body to provide access to multiple organisations to the same contact organization.
In conjunction, we implemented an option allowing the CB Admin to assign the reviewers or auditors rights for adding or editing contact organisations.
With these improvements, handling the contacts access is easier and more flexible for CBs.
