Can ViaSyst replace a CRM?
ViaSyst’s strategy and philosophy is to develop and strengthen what would be missing if ViaSyst wasn’t there.
100’s of CRMs are around, ViaSyst clients & users almost all use a CRM for managing their marketing activities. And all a different CRM.
Marketing activities are business sector agnostic; thus a generic CRM is perfectly fit for a CB’s marketing and sales processes.
The ViaSyst audit and CB management software comes into play once the deal opens or is won and enters in CBs’ highly specific processes, workflows and rules, i.e. audit time calculation, contract review, planning & program, audit plan, reporting, NC completion follow-up, certification.
This is ViaSyst core know-how and mission: covering the end-to-end CB and accreditation specifics. Not to duplicate a CRM.
So, no ViaSyst cannot replace a CRM, but allows to connect and exchange data with any CRM through APIs.
This is the most flexible and pragmatic approach to address our clients’ needs and expectations, allowing them to keep the benefits and habits they have of their current CRM.
