How can the ViaSyst Dashboard support CB’s performance management?

Real time display of key performance factors allows triggering and focusing improvement actions. Some simple examples:

  • a quick comparison between client organizations number and audits within the last 12 months will show you whether your surveillance and recertification activities are under control, or whether you are losing turnover due to delay in the audit frequency,
  • a pie chart will draw your attention to the various certificate statuses, showing you the amount of certificates with a status other than valid (e.g. suspended, withdrawn, cancelled), needing corresponding action,
  • an easily readable chart will analyze the distribution of the timeline between last audit day and audit report validation, illustrating the performance of your report edition, review and validation process.
